South East Water has welcomed John Halsall as their new CEO-Designate. John has more than 35 years of experience in major infrastructure and utilities (including water and rail services in the South East). South East Water are working closely with their regulators to put the necessary approvals in place for his succession to CEO.
He’ll be leading their largest-ever investment programme, a £2.1 billion commitment to update their network, deliver business transformation, improve reliability, and use smarter technology for the future.
South East Water customers expect and deserve a reliable water supply, and John's immediate focus will be on accelerating the company's progress to do that. They are committed to putting their customers first and want to regain customer confidence and trust as the regional drinking water supplier. South East Water claim they are doing everything they can to achieve that.
