Tunbridge Wells and Rusthall Commons are still on the market by Targetfollow, as part of an enlarged sale, now including the Upper Pantiles.
Friends of the Commons chairman Roger Barton has confirmed that they are still seeking public ownership of the Commons land covering Tunbridge Wells and Rusthall.
A previous bid was submitted to Targetfollow after expressions of interest were shown by over 3000 members of the public.
This bid was however rejected along with others, and subsequently Targetfollow announced that the Commons would go back on the market, along with the Upper Pantiles.
The Friends had previously estimated the Commons were worth around £1 million, including the car park on Major Yorks Road.
At pubic meetings held at the Camden Centre, a bid guide price of £1.5 million had been suggested.
The Friends said that if anyone who had previously pledged has since changed their minds, they should contact the group via their website.
