Ahead of the local elections in the Borough of Tunbridge Wells on May 2nd, our news editor Martin Webber talks to the leader of the Conservative group, Tom Dawlings. Tom Dawlings says he was disappointed by the Liberal Democrat-led coalition's rises in car parking charges and says the council has missed out on revenue by failing to quickly rent out spare space in the Town Hall.  He also criticises the coalition's failure to react faster when faced with thousands of confused motorists receiving fines for accidentally driving past the war memorial in a daytime bus lane.
