Do you live in or near Sevenoaks and have an interest in gardening? We have a community garden at our centre in Sevenoaks which is maintained by some of our clients, and overseen by dedicated volunteers. The gardening group has created a beautiful organic wildlife garden that includes a pond and produces flowers, fruit, and vegetables.
Many who attend the group tell us they have gained more confidence, their stress levels have decreased and their general wellbeing has improved greatly. The garden provides solace and space and all are welcome. The group meets on a Thursday 11am-1pm.
