Draft Strategic Plan for Tunbridge Wells Published

Views are sought by the town council

The Council has published its Draft Strategic Plan and we are asking people to give us their views on the document.

The Draft Strategic Plan sets out the priorities for the borough for the next eight years (2024-2032) and provides a framework for the decisions the Council will make during this time.

Three priorities are listed in the plan:

  • Community Wellbeing
  • Sustainable Growth and Climate Action
  • Vibrant Economy

The plan explains how these priorities will shape decision making and identifies some of the projects the Council will undertake as it works towards its ambition of making the borough a place where all generations can live healthy and fulfilling lives in vibrant and connected communities.

Once the consultation period is ended and feedback and comments from the survey have been considered the Draft Strategic Plan will be put to members of the Council for their approval.

A downloadable online document of the Tunbridge Wells Borough Council Draft Strategic Plan 2024-32 is available for reading on our consultation page.

Please complete the survey to give us your views on the Draft Strategic Plan by 13 October.
