Health & Wellbeing - Could It Actually Be Perimenopause?

Dr Nadia Ramjohn on the Signs Many Women Miss - talking to Mona Channet

Mona Channet is joined by local NHS GP Dr Nadia Ramjohn to discuss perimenopause — the signs many women may not recognise, why symptoms are often mistaken for stress or burnout, and when it may be time to seek support.

Together, they explore topics including brain fog, anxiety, fatigue, hormonal changes, symptom tracking, speaking with your GP, and the importance of greater awareness around women’s health.

Dr Nadia Ramjohn completed the DRCOG — a postgraduate qualification demonstrating advanced knowledge in women’s healthcare whilst working in obstetrics and gynaecology at Tunbridge Wells Hospital.
