The Tunbridge Wells town-wide Yard Sale takes place on Saturday 14th June.
It's organised by Ingrid Pope, who explained that the idea came from when she went on a road trip to the the US with her husband Nick Pope in 2016.
Ingrid said while they were in a town called Bath in the state of Maine: "We woke up on the Saturday morning and suddenly saw everybody opening up their garages and pulling things out of their houses. It turned out it was their town-wide yard sale event that they had been running for decades."
Ingrid continues: "We had such fun wondering around, talking to people and I just thought: Tunbridge Wells needs this!"

Ingrid also explained in the interview how the yard sale idea complements her job - which is helping people clear out their clutter - both physical and mental clutter.
