Wellbeing Walk at Dene Park

This is part of a series of free Medway Valley Countryside Partnership walks and events, funded by Involve Kent. There will usually be two walks each week, at a variety of locations, for over 55s and under 55s with long term health conditions and participants will be asked to complete a short, confidential health questionnaire for Involve Kent.

The meeting point is the car park at Dene Park, where there is free parking . Nearest bus stop is Springwood Park, bus 222, which is a 13 minute walk away.

The path may be muddy in places, so wear sturdy footwear, clothing suitable for the weather and bring a waterproof jacket. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome.
