The Pantiles Harvest Food Festival

With over 40 different food and drink stalls, there’s set to be all manner of cuisines to tickle your taste buds, along with live cooking demonstrations – perfect for getting some new inspiration for your summer dishes.

However, it’s not just about food, there will also be family friendly events and live music playing on the bandstand during both days!

Chef demonstrations: 

Our bandstand will be host to exciting celebrity and local chefs, who will be giving demonstrations on how to cook some of their favourite dishes. This gives you the chance to ask your kitchen related questions, and try some freshly made recipes cooked in front of you!

Supported by Great British Kitchens, supplying their quality showroom kitchen; and other exciting sponsors, ensuring a top-notch experience for all food lovers. With stalls featuring diverse cuisines from around the world, there’s something to satisfy every palate.

Indulge in the exotic flavours of Thai and Taiwanese dishes, savour the spices of Caribbean cuisine, bite into juicy burgers and German sausages and treat yourself to Mexican churros, cakes, bakes and pancakes. For those who enjoy a tipple, there will be a selection of spirits, wines and cocktails to enjoy too.

Calling All Young Chefs: Showcase Your Culinary Talent!

Do you have a budding chef at home who loves to cook? The Pantiles Summer Food Festival is offering an exciting opportunity for young culinary enthusiasts aged 10+ to take the stage and demonstrate their skills alongside some of the best chefs in the business. This is a fantastic chance for aspiring chefs to shine, learn from the pros and share their passion for cooking with a live audience.

For your chance, simply submit a few words about why you love to cook, along with some photos or a short video showcasing your culinary talent. Entries can be submitted via any of The Pantiles’ social media platforms. Selected participants will be given the opportunity to perform a food demo on stage during the Festival, with guidance and support from our experienced chefs.

This is a unique and exciting chance for young chefs to gain valuable experience and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
