Summer Diesel Gala!

Returning for 2021 is our popular diesel gala featuring an intensive train service hauled by heritage diesels, with a dash of steam on the Sunday. Spend the weekend with us enjoying classic 1960s traction including the return of of the popular multi-header on Saturday evening at our first diesel gala since 2019.

An intensive two train service will operate all three days with brake van rides and our shunting locos making a rare trip down the line. Class 20 D8188 which has been on the railway since March 2020 and has yet to feature at one of our popular galas will feature throughout the long weekend with our home fleet. Further annoucements regarding locomotives will be published soon.

We'll be offering Real Ale and Fish & Chip Supper trains on Friday 6th & Saturday 7th departign Tunbridge Wells West both evenings for three return trips to Eridge, if you have a diesel gala day rover you can travel on these trains at no extra cost.
