Silver Swans Ballet Class

Inception Dance is proud to be a part of the Royal Academy of Dance’s Silver Swans programme, running ballet classes designed for the over-55s.

All ages are welcome and no experience is necessary… so whether you did ballet as a child and have not danced since, have always danced or wish to dance for the first time, you will be very welcome.

The class is low impact and will cater to all abilities. The aim is to improve muscle tone, balance, posture and even more importantly to have fun and enjoy moving to beautiful music.
