Kent High Weald Partnership is hosting a free educational day for student landscape architects to learn about invasive plant species and the issues they cause that can be mitigated through planting decisions. It will give students a chance to connect with real landscape examples and conservationists.
There will be 4 guest speakers from an array of organisations:
Harry Reece: Woodland Officer at Kent High Weald Partnership
David Scully: Landscape and Biodiversity Officer for Tunbridge Wells Borough Council
Anna James: An expert on invasive species for South East Water
Sophie Wise: Event organiser and Nature Reserves Operative at Crowborough Town Council
The day is free and within a day trip on trains from London.
