Community Wellbeing Hub Group

Open to the Weald community villages, IDEN Plus wellbeing hub will offer a range of support services, including help with navigating health and social care, the chance to speak with a nurse, foot health practitioner services, hearing and ear checks, health check MOTs, and access to local support networks.

Designed to bring care, connection and practical support together in one welcoming place without the pressure of a formal appointment setting. Sessions will take place in a calm, café-style lounge where visitors can relax, chat, network and connect with others.
