Run by Crossroads Care. A COGS Club is a cognitive stimulation group, for people with mild to moderate dementia. They have up to 12 people in a group at one time, and offer different activities to stimulate the brain, it is also a good social opportunity. Each session costs £35 which includes a sandwich lunch and refreshments through the day. The closest groups to our area are in Maidstone and Southborough
Maidstone - Maidstone Gurkha Nepalese Community Centre, Armstrong Road, Maidstone every Monday 10am-3pm, except Bank Holidays.
Southborough - Christ Church, Prospect Road, Southborough every Wednesday 9.45am-2.45pm.
