West Kent Community Radio AGM 2026

The West Kent Community Radio Annual General Meeting will take place on 10th June 2026 at 7:30pm. It will be held at Arty Farty Retreat, 126 London Road, Southborough (in the offices above the studio).

The meeting will include a resolution to amend the Charity’s objects for submission to the charity commission. This will require us to alter our Constitution. In accordance with our governing document, the proposed amendments require a vote by the membership on whether to adopt these amendments. The proposed amendments are linked at the bottom of this page

Please email membership@westkentradio.co.uk to indicate whether or not you are able to attend the AGM.

Trustee Elections

We will also have Trustee elections. Each year, one third of our trustees must retire from office. These Trustees are permitted but not obliged to stand for re-election. West Kent Community Radio must have no less than three nor more than eight elected trustees.

Nominations must be in the hands of the trustees at least 10 days before the Annual General Meeting and the final listing will be available on this page.

Nominations for election:

Should nominations exceed vacancies, election shall be by secret ballot. Should vacancies exceed nominations, an election must still be held unless the meeting attendees agree to the automatic appointment of those nominated.

NOTE: If your membership of West Kent Community Radio has not been renewed by the AGM, you will not be able to take an active part in the meeting.
